No, our balloon arrangements are delicate/fragile and are only available for pickup or local delivery.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is available by appointment. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to confirm a pickup time.

How far in advance should I place my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 2–4 days. If your order requires a customer-provided item to be placed inside the balloon, turnaround time may vary depending on when the item is received. Once we receive the item, we can confirm the estimated completion time.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom balloon gifts. You can request specific colors, themes, wording, and gift items.

Can I choose the colors?
Yes, most designs can be customized with the color scheme of your choice.

Can I add a personal message to the balloon?
Yes, vinyl wording can be added to many designs. You can include names, short phrases, or special occasion messages.

What items can go inside a stuffed balloon?
Depending on the design, balloons may include items such as plush bears, flowers, spa items, candles, body care products, wine, champagne, jewelry, perfume, mugs, tumblers, shoes purses or customer-provided gifts.

Can I provide my own items to be placed inside the balloon?
Yes, customer-provided items may be accepted as long as they fit safely inside the balloon and do not exceed size or weight limits.

Are luxury or designer items included?
Luxury or designer-branded items are not included unless stated in the product description or provided by the customer. Some specialty items may be available for an additional cost.

Is wine or champagne included?
Some designs may include wine or champagne up to the listed value. Requests above the included value may require an additional payment.

Can I request real flowers?
Some arrangements include preserved or faux florals. Real flowers may be available upon request for an additional cost.

How long do stuffed balloons last?
Stuffed balloons can last several days or longer when handled with care and kept indoors at room temperature. Longevity may vary depending on temperature, handling, and the items inside.

How should I care for my balloon arrangement?
Keep your balloon indoors, away from direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects, and extreme cold. Do not leave it in a hot car.

What happens if my balloon pops after pickup or delivery?
Once the order is picked up or delivered in good condition, Bailey Balloon Bar is not responsible for damage caused by handling, weather, transportation, or storage.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes may be possible depending on how far along your order is in production. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because our items are custom-made, all sales are generally final once production has started. Please contact us right away if you need assistance with an order.

Do you offer last-minute orders?
Last-minute orders may be accepted based on availability. Rush fees may apply.
